The three founding Legionnaires are trapped by the Time Trapper. Cosmic Boy and Saturn Girl find themselves in a cell together but they escape and find their way to the Time Trapper, learning along the way that he really wanted Lightning Lad and not his child. Meanwhile, Time Trapper seems to banish Lightning Lad into a time vortex.
